The South Burlington City Center Collaborative (SB3C) exists to turn that moment into momentum: to transform the City Center District into a dynamic, people-first downtown where energy, opportunity, and community intersect.
SB3C is a Business-to-Community (B-C) nonprofit uniting neighbors, businesses, property owners, and civic leaders to co-create a City Center that works for everyone.
Our Mission
The Collaborative’s mission is to build a vibrant, walkable, and bike-able downtown that fuels economic vitality and creates a genuine sense of belonging. We act as the connective tissue - aligning ideas, amplifying voices, and turning collaboration into action - so that the future of South Burlington is shaped by the people who live, work, and invest here.
